1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Valentine’s Day), allow 3-5 business days for processing.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days 

  • Local Pickup: Free  (contact us to arrange).

  • Delivery times start after processing and vary by carrier.

3. International Shipping

  • Available to select countries; shipping costs calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees/duties (Chamomile and Lace cannot estimate these charges).

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Fragile Items (e.g., glass bottles) ship with extra padding.

  • Temperature-Sensitive Products (e.g., body butters) may require expedited shipping in hot/cold weather.

5. Tracking & Lost Packages

  • Track your order via the link in your shipping confirmation.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days for assistance.

6. Returns & Damaged Items

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your item arrives damaged, email support@chamomileandlace.com within 48 hours with photos for a replacement/refund.
